Character: Excited Dog Idea Development

My wildcard idea got approved and Justin helped me develop my idea a bit more. Here is where I am so far with it, along with some thoughts on my three characters. We decided that having a dog, a cat, and a human character would be the best idea for this. I currently imagine the human character to be like the woman in Tom & Jerry where you never see her face. I also discussed the idea of only understanding the animal's language...we can hear the cat and dog speak, but when the human character speaks it sounds like gibberish (similar to adults in the Peanuts) excluding words/phrases that pets learn such as their names, commands, and scolds/praise.
