It looks pretty funny, it's not the best but I wanted to give it another try. I think it's at least starting to kind of look like swimming, for some reason I'm having a bit of a hard time figuring out the movement.
Isn't it because the head is moving too much? Check out this reference of an eel for a sense of how the movement of the body and the movement of the back end of the tail differ - the first is less, the second is more:
Yeah I agree with Phil, if they head felt more locked in place (obviously still with some movement) and the body did most of the movement it could possibly look better. Good job on getting this far :D
